ChatPay Technology

"Mobile conversation creates value. We make it billable."

ChatPay Technology Inc. is a Delaware-based software company developing structured real-time communication systems with integrated monetisation infrastructure.

Our flagship platform, Dyime (currently operating in MVP as Bancc), enables professionals to conduct live voice and video consultations with embedded billing, session management, and payout logic — designed for scalable global deployment.

What We’re Building

Real-time voice and video session infrastructure

Structured paid interaction workflows
Integrated billing and payout framework
Scalable WebRTC architecture
Designed for long-term payment processor flexibility

Co-Founders

"Mobile-first real-time communication and billing were built separately; we’ve rebuilt them as one system."

Brett McAuliffe | Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Brett leads product architecture and intellectual property strategy at ChatPay, building real-time communications infrastructure designed for commercial defensibility and long-term strategic leverage. His background spans analytical regulatory environments and live financial markets, including open-outcry floor trading on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) — where rapid signal processing, risk discipline, and capital preservation were non-negotiable.

Diagnosed dyslexic in adolescence, Brett developed an early discipline of slowing complexity until structure emerges — a capability that evolved into an advantage in systems thinking, pattern identification, and risk calibration. He specialises in converting regulatory and technical ambiguity into durable, scalable digital frameworks.

Kelvin Zawadi | Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Kelvin leads engineering and technical architecture at ChatPay, designing and implementing scalable infrastructure for real-time communications and monetised digital interaction. With deep expertise in Flutter, distributed systems, and backend reliability, he focuses on building high-performance platforms that remain stable under scale.

From an early age, Kelvin demonstrated exceptional mathematical reasoning — notably becoming the only student in his cohort to solve a long-standing logic problem that had challenged advanced classes. That early mathematical ability now informs his approach to systems design: decomposing complex architectures into sleek and resilient technical frameworks.
